Wilder calls this Geisha from his farm, Bella Alajandría, "Pure Genetics." He received seeds from farms in Colombia, Panama, and Costa Rica; he purified the genetics by eliminating the coffee trees that didn't match the flavor profile he liked.
This geisha is vibed with lemongrass: After processing a batch of Lemongrass Geisha (co-ferment), they used the very same fermentation tanks and drying beds as the co-fermented coffee. This gives this amazing coffee its distinct floral flavor.
