Shipping policy

Overview

We aim to roast, pack, and ship all orders quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will ship, what carriers we use, and what to expect once your package is on the way.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier, weight, and destination. Estimated delivery windows are provided by the carrier and may vary.

Carriers We Use

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination and the most reliable option available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Local Pickup / Local Delivery

Local pickup or delivery may be available for select locations. Options will appear at checkout if eligible.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

USPS is required for shipments to P.O. Boxes. Some oversized items may not qualify.

Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is marked β€œDelivered” but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging. If your package is lost in transit, reach out and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. Orders cannot be rerouted once shipped.
