This Chiroso was selected at origin by Chase and Micah. After finding coffees they loved, we made a purchase agreement, vacuum-sealed and air-freighted these unique lots to our door in Santa Fe; this preserves the farm-fresh quality, guaranteed. 

Chiroso is a rare Ethiopian variety that was rediscovered in Antioquia, Colombia. Arguably, this might be our Coffee Director's favorite variety.  

Jorge Elías Rojas is a 4th-generation farmer who has created a lot of success for himself and for others in his community. His experimental processings and fermentations have become a huge hit for the coffee world.
