Lote 3 is BACK! Yeast-inoculated coffee is when a farmer adds a foreign yeast to the coffee's fermentation. This is a common practice in the beer and wine industry. We find that this process brings out vibrant cherry notes and a sparkling pineapple-like acidity. The result is a cup that tastes like an extremely clean, washed coffee that is bursting with crisp, fruity flavors.
